quick article about the different Stats settings obtainable for a PvE character

Almost every combo are available, but I am in love with the WvW stats : Power / Toughness / Vita. Toughness & Vita scales in such a way that it might be very good in WvW situation ! I will try to give you some maths about it and more insights as soon as I got more time =)
